Tokyo Campervans - Finance Operations Analyst

Location: 100% Remote Daily book keeping - manage and maintain financial records and spreadsheets. Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments. Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment documents. Monitor expenses, timesheet tracking, reimbursements, and outstanding payments. Assist with monthly financial reports and P&L preparation.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices. Perform general finance and administrative tasks as needed. Proficient in Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred - experience with accounting software. Preferred - experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
