Draft Technician

In this role you will be responsible for delivery of kegs to retail customers and service the key system equipment in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, this role ensures the placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials during account visits. Our Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency Valid driver's license Six months experience working in a Warehouse Knowledge of operating a forklift Our Preferred Qualifications Keg line cleaning experience Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods Your Responsibilities Deliver kegs; place the merchandise in customer-desired locations Service keg systems; install and clean lines connected to Glazer’s draft beers Train customers on keg installation procedures Identify sales opportunities; provide referrals to sales team Monitor all malt code dates to ensure freshness Set-up POS materials (e.

g., coasters, banners, table tents, etc.) during account visits Deliver hot shot items to on premise accounts as needed Ability to perform all work related duties as assigned Physical Requirements: You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours) As the Distributor of Choice, we embrace a culture where diversity drives innovative solutions for the success of our employees, retailers, and supplier partners.
