Food Service Worker II

Job Summary

Under the immediate direction of the Superintendent and/or designee to prepare food, ensure compliance with health department and state regulations, maintain the school cafeteria, and perform other related duties as assigned. Location: Roving Food Service Worker II Requirements / Qualifications Knowledge of methods of preparing food (including salad bars).

Ability to follow oral and written directions. Ability to operate equipment found in school cafeterias. Maintain Serv. Safe Certification (may obtain after employment). Experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance desired. Comments and Other Information Interviews: All applications will be screened and interviews scheduled for qualified applicants.

Rosedale Union School District Conditions of Employment: Fingerprint clearance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice, pre-employment physical and TB clearance is required for this position. The processing fee for fingerprints will be at the applicant's expense.
