As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans while working closely with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including assessment of strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, posture, motor function, and overall physical performance. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals, treatment strategies, and anticipated outcomes. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, massage, and traction.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes and recovery. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and the use of assistive and adaptive equipment. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and support staff. Participate in staff development, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.

Deliver compassionate care while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

Current Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state. 1-3 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
