POSITION SUMMARY

The Technical Operations Specialist serves as the technical bridge between R&D formulation and commercial manufacturing for liquid dietary supplements. The position translates formulation and process details into practical, repeatable manufacturing processes and provides hands-on floor support for scale-up, first production runs, troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement. The role works closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance personnel to ensure products are manufactured safely, consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with approved documentation and cGMP requirements.
