Key Responsibilities

• Risk & Control Management: Implement control frameworks and conduct RCSA and control testing.
• Incident Management: Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain incident logs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI and internal policies; support audits.
• Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements, monitor KRIs, and drive automation.
• Governance & Oversight: Manage product and vendor risks, and support key initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison with business units and control functions.
• Team Leadership: Supervise BRCMs and drive risk awareness across teams.
