Press Operator

The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting label production equipment to manufacture products that meet quality, safety, and productivity requirements. This role monitors product quality throughout all phases of operation, ensures correct raw materials are processed, performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance, records production information, and supports packing and material movement as needed.

The Press Operator also maintains 6S housekeeping standards, participates in EHS and continuous improvement activities, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and supports training, cross-training, and the development of standard work documentation.
