RESPONSIBILITIES

Unterstützung bei allen operativen HR Aufgaben von der Einstellung über die Betreuung bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeitenden Aktive Mitarbeit in den Themenbereichen Soziales und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement sowie im Personalmarketing (Recruiting-Messen, Veranstaltungen etc.) Mitwirkung bei den laufenden HR-Projekten REQUIREMENTS: Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Management und Personalwesen, Psychologie, Sozial-/ Geisteswissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung sicherer Umgang mit MS- Offi ce Programmen (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Teamorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen In addition to exciting tasks, we offer you a wide variety of perspectives, great creative freedom and a corporate culture that encourages you to take advantage of it.
