Assesses and manages patient risk Complete discharge summaries in the OASAS time frames, with appropriate aftercare in place. One year of prior clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Candidate will have experience with adolescents doing individual, group and family work in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Experience with treating high risk patients, managing crises and possessing strong diagnostic skills is preferred. LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or LMHC-LP required. Salary: $42.50 per hour
