About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (Field Outreach) to join our growing team. This is a key role in driving growth by connecting with homeowners, sharing information about our services, and generating qualified leads for painting and power-washing projects. What You’ll Do

• Walk neighborhoods in and around Ambler to introduce homeowners to Militello’s services
• Share information about our painting services and answer questions
• Collect homeowner details and schedule estimate appointments
• Track leads and report results daily
• Represent Militello Painting and Powerwashing with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm Pay & Perks
• $30–$50/hour equivalent (base + bonuses)
• Strong performers can earn up to $1,000/week
