Warehouse Specialist

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the success of the company’s hospitality services on-site and off-site through quality control of all packs, equipment testing / routine maintenance, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Job Duties and Responsibilities include

• Picking and packing supplies into crates to support each hospitality service.
• Receive and stock deliveries of perishable items, equipment, and catering supplies.
• Supply deliveries & pick-ups
• Warehouse safety, inventory, organization and equipment management.
• Equipment maintenance, cleaning, and overseeing repairs.
• Facility maintenance and supply inventory
• Prepping food for shows
• At times, swap warehouse shifts to drive to deliver equipment to a tradeshow.
• Actively participates in department meetings.
• Supports 4-6 hospitality events each year. Each event is 3-5 days in duration. Required Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (typing, web browsing, etc.)
• Some weekends are required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. with minimal support.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping / warehouse industry
• Hospitality background in hotels, convention centers, tradeshows, event management, hospitality or catering companies is a plus.
• Can work in a highly autonomous setting and is a self-starter. A can-do attitude Requirements Qualifications
