Key Responsibilities

Welcome Members and guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and ensure smooth flow during busy hours Provide club information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with special requests Maintain an organized and inviting entrance and dining area Communicate effectively with management and staff to coordinate service and ensure Member satisfaction Assist with working with the private events team when needed What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in hospitality or customer service (experience in a country club or fine dining setting is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A polished and professional demeanor Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Benefits: Discounts on food as well as a complimentary shift meal prior to dinner service Discounts on merchandise Complimentary golf on designated employee play days Tuition reimbursement through the Landfall Foundation Scholarship (for those that qualify) A supportive, team-oriented work environment Shifts Available: Lunch or dinner shifts Tuesday-Sunday Must be available to work during the weekend and some holidays If you’re passionate about hospitality and want to be part of a welcoming, prestigious environment, apply today!
