You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and help customers transform their homes with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance products.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and working independently while receiving training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities. Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments. Conduct professional sales presentations using an iPad-based system. Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions using company software. Explain product features, benefits, and financing options. Present pricing and close sales effectively.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Attend weekly sales training and development sessions. Qualifications. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales experience is a plus). Experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required.

Comfortable presenting solutions in a customer's home. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Compensation
