ABOUT OUR AGENCY I’ve always been passionate about helping people and building strong relationships, which is what led me into the insurance industry. My husband, Angel, and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two children. I’m a proud graduate of Florida State University where I majored in Risk Management and Insurance — Go ’Noles!

Giving back to the community is a huge part of who I am. I stay actively involved with organizations including the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, Aspire Plant City, the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce, and several local school programs and booster organizations. Building connections and supporting others has always been important to me both personally and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
