Intake Clinician

Swope Health is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Intake Clinician to support our Therapy team in providing the highest quality care for the people in our community who need it the most. The Intake Clinician is responsible for completing initial psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for children and adults with serious emotional disturbances, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders (SUD), in order to identify and refer to appropriate Swope Health Behavioral Health (BH) programs, SUD programs and Medical Clinics.
