Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark is seeking a detail-oriented Reservationist to join our hospitality team!

You'll be the voice of the resort, creating unforgettable guest experiences from the very first call while ensuring smooth and professional reservation services. Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability.

What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide friendly, professional service to all guests, responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints with care and efficiency. Manage Reservations: Handle booking and cancellation requests via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accurate data entry and guest confirmations. Maximize Revenue: Use suggestive selling techniques to promote room upgrades and resort packages while optimizing occupancy levels.

Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, resort amenities, and promotions to provide guests with helpful information. Communication Excellence: Collaborate with other departments, ensuring guest needs are communicated and met seamlessly. Maintain a Professional Space: Keep the front desk and office area organized and presentable to reflect our high standards.

Who We’re Looking For: Customer Service Superstar: Strong verbal communication and listening skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple reservation requests efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and booking systems preferred.

Flexible & Adaptable: Able to adjust to changing priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
