Production Associate
Job description
Build Your Creative Production Career at Cotton & Company Stuart, Florida | Full-Time | On-site Cotton & Company is looking for a detail-driven Production Associate to help transform approved creative concepts into accurate, polished marketing materials for leading luxury real estate developments, residential communities, private clubs, resorts, and lifestyle brands.
Working closely with the Production Manager, you will learn how high-quality agency work moves from design through final delivery. You will support print and digital production, adapt established creative across formats, prepare files to specification, and help ensure every detail is correct before the work goes live.
This is an early-career creative role with hands-on responsibility and a clear path for growth. It is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and precision-and understands that excellent execution is every bit as important as a strong idea.
What You'll Do
- Support the Production Manager, designers, and Creative Directors in producing print and digital marketing materials.
- Adapt approved creative into multiple sizes, formats, versions, and campaign applications while maintaining brand consistency.
- Build and update brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, signage, email graphics, social content, and other marketing assets.
- Prepare, package, and preflight files for print vendors, digital platforms, websites, email systems, and internal delivery.
- Follow production specifications for dimensions, bleeds, color modes, resolution, fonts, file formats, links, and output requirements.
- Proofread and review work for accuracy, alignment, image quality, contact information, legal copy, and version control.
- Organize project files, linked assets, fonts, photography, templates, and final deliverables using established naming and storage standards.
- Source stock imagery and perform basic photo retouching, color correction, resizing, and image preparation.
- Incorporate revisions accurately and communicate questions or missing information before they affect a deadline.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, copywriters, designers, digital teams, and production partners to keep projects moving.
- Use approved AI-supported creative and production tools responsibly to improve efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or quality. Who Thrives Here
- You notice small inconsistencies that others miss and take pride in correcting them.
- You enjoy bringing structure, accuracy, and polish to both exciting campaigns and repetitive production assignments.
- You manage multiple deadlines calmly and communicate early when priorities or requirements are unclear.
- You accept feedback, make revisions carefully, and see every project as an opportunity to improve your craft.
- You are collaborative, dependable, and willing to help wherever the creative team needs you.
- You are curious about new tools and eager to grow into greater production and design responsibility.
Qualifications
- Degree, certificate, coursework, or comparable hands-on experience in graphic design, visual communications, production design, or a related field.
- A portfolio or work samples demonstrating foundational layout, typography, image, and production skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly In. Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Foundational understanding of typography, page composition, grids, color, image resolution, and brand consistency.
- Strong proofreading, organization, file-management, and communication skills.
- Comfort working on a Mac and learning new creative, workflow, and AI-supported tools.
- Knowledge of print production, digital advertising, email design, motion graphics, video, or luxury real estate is a plus, but not required. Why This Role Is Different This is not a passive support position. You will learn directly from an experienced Production Artist, contribute to real client work from day one, and take on greater ownership as your skills grow-all within Cotton & Company's collaborative, in-office environment near historic Downtown Stuart. Compensation, Benefits, and Perks
- Competitive compensation: Competitive salary based on the responsibilities of the role and the candidate's experience.
- Health benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage, plus elective supplemental medical benefits.
