What You'll Do

Build relationships with customers and help them find the right boat or powersports vehicle Demonstrate products, explain features, and coordinate test drives Follow up with leads, prospective buyers, and existing customers Develop your own customer base through networking and referrals Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training Work closely with the sales and finance teams to provide an outstanding customer experience Set and achieve individual sales goals What We're Looking For Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and competitive drive Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Passion for boats, powersports, or the outdoors Willingness to learn and grow with the company Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Sales experience is a plus, but attitude, motivation, and work ethic matter most.
