Define and develop project-specific frameworks to guarantee the successful delivery of business milestones within the project timeline. Analyze business and operational pain points through a data-driven approach to build targeted, structured solutions for key project deliverables. Build and maintain AI-powered tools and automations to streamline internal processes and reduce manual effort within the project scope. Identify and implement ongoing product improvements and optimizations based on feedback gathered throughout the project lifecycle.

Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical quantitative field. Possesses hands-on experience or strong technical proficiency in building AI tools and APIs, including LLM-based automation and scripting. Highly proficient in SQL and Python for operational data extraction, data analysis, and technical automation.

Demonstrates strong analytical capability and logical thinking to translate complex operational data into actionable product requirements. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for driving end-to-end product outcomes within project timelines.
