As an AML & KYC Risk Specialist , you will play a key role in protecting the Firm from money laundering and reputational risks by leading complex Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Source of Wealth reviews for high-risk clients. What you'll do
in the role Lead complex Source of Wealth, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for new and existing clients Assess AML, KYC, and reputational risks and provide clear, risk-based recommendations Partner with Compliance, Financial Crimes, Private Banking, and Business teams to support client onboarding and ongoing monitoring Act as a key escalation point for complex client reviews and risk-related matters Analyze trends, identify emerging risks, and contribute to strengthening the Firm’s AML framework Drive process improvements, regulatory initiatives, and quality enhancement projects Support and mentor AML analysts, helping to build a strong risk and compliance culture What you'll bring to the role 3-7 years of experience in AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Financial Crime Compliance, or Risk Management Strong knowledge of client onboarding, Source of Wealth reviews, and AML regulatory requirements Experience assessing high-risk clients and conducting complex due diligence investigations Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills A proactive mindset with a passion for risk management and regulatory excellence ACAMS or an equivalent AML certification is an advantage Fluency in Chinese and/or Arabic are desired but not required Why join us?
