Job description
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures on all federal, state and local liquor, health and safety regulations. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching and training.
