Team Lead I - Assembly - 1st Shift

Serves as a lead and experienced resource within the department while performing regular production operator responsibilities. Coordinates daily departmental operations, provides direction and assistance to employees, and helps ensure efficient production processes. Operates machinery, monitors product quality and equipment performance, assists with troubleshooting, and helps maintain production schedules and standards.
