Team Lead Solar Design & Proposal

Job Description: The Manager of Proposal/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects (Strong Command in all relevant Software).
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
• Support business development by providing technical expertise.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, Aurora).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience working with US Clients and BPO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles. - 3 to 5 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development.
