We offer: Hourly starting rate of $19.00/hr. with a $1 per hour Shift Differential Monthly production bonus. 3rd Shift Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K with Match after 30 days PTO after 90 days Unscheduled Paid Time Off Perfect Attendance Bonus of $1 / hr. Pay progression as new skills are developed.

Essential Duties

Follow Standard Work Instructions at all times. Stand 8-12 hours per shift. Positive Attitude Good Teambuilding Skills Able to lift 25-40 pounds. Great Attendance and Punctuality Excellent Work Ethic Make rate per operation, while maintaining Safety, Quality, and 5S requirements Good Focus and Dexterity Overall Performance (skill, ability, attitude, attendance, punctuality, and basic work ethic).
