Key Responsibilities

Review/Analyze customer forecast, provide and submit sales forecast to operation department. Provide the quotation to customers, acknowledge Customer PO#. Monitor production output to ensure it meets sales volume, expenses, profitability, and manpower requirements. Review Factory Capacity plan and follow up on production planning and inventory control.

Handle the customer order process into Oracle system. Delivery commitment to Customers and make sure Shipping Delivery was satisfactory level as customer needs. Manage Hub inventory and Internal W/H inventory as customer requirement Communication with customer about commitment agreement. Expedite Customers pulling the inventory to make as target Sales To check customer pulling document for Billing process.

To make sure Selling price, Sales Margins as target To project Customer sales forecast weekly, monthly and yearly as management commitment To understand all customer contact activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers on daily communicate needs and to visit customers regularly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Order Management within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, data modeling, dashboard creation, and automation).

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI capabilities) to improve productivity, reporting, process automation, and decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer management and stakeholder management skills. Experience in ERP systems (Oracle). Fluent in English.
