Commercial Carpet Logistics "CCL" is now accepting applications for non-CDL drivers to deliver carpet and flooring products to commercial warehouses in the Mid-Atlantic region. Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 am, 8 to 10 hours per day. Home every night! Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities: Arrive at the terminal on time and ready to work. Follow the scheduled route for daily deliveries. Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner. Collect signature or payment, if necessary, upon arrival to the recipient client Document overages, shortages, and damages to the freight Keep the vehicle organized, clean and tidy.

Maintain the truck to ensure it remains in good driving condition. Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures. Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public. Customer service is a large part of the driver's responsibilities. Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.

Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules.

Qualifications

Must be 23 years or older

• This is required by our insurance carrier. A minimum of 2 years delivery truck driving experience, and able to pass a road test. Applicants must be able to safely lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Hold a minimum of a 1-year medical certificate. Hold a clean driving record. Zero moving violations on MVR Experienced and physically able to operate hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and forklifts. Must be customer service minded and professional. Must be hard-working, high energy, dependable, and a team player.
