Maintenance Manager

Revolution is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Flint, MI area! This is a hands-on leadership role based in Flint, MI, supporting a smaller, fast-paced plant environment where versatility and ownership are key. The Maintenance Manager will spend significant time on the production floor, not only leading maintenance efforts but also actively performing technician-level work to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

This role will oversee a small team while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
