IT Recruiter Belgrade, 11000 We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract top talent Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in the IT industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
