Key Responsibilities

Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics and other related applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of technologies and platforms, including Linux-based systems. Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnosing application performance issues. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations and high availability of applications.

Participate in incident management and problem resolution processes. Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team. Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and solutions to technical issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in application support, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics. Strong Linux administration skills. Proficient in using Dynatrace for application monitoring and troubleshooting. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Flexibility to work UK shift hours from an offshore location.

Preferred Skills

Experience with additional monitoring and logging tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
