Compensation

Starting at $18.00-$24.00/hour+, based on experience.

What You'll Do

Engage in hands-on construction tasks: digging, forming, concrete work, installation, and site cleanup. Operate tools and equipment safely under supportive supervision. Help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats our clients will enjoy. Learn & Grow: Participate in ongoing training programs to sharpen your construction skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

General construction experience preferred (pool construction experience is a bonus!) Comfortable handling hand tools, digging, forming, concrete work, and cleanup tasks. Valid South Carolina or Georgia Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Excellent attendance and punctuality.
