Plant Shift Supervisor-Night Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists Plant Production Manager in achieving department objectives, Supervises: Chemical Operator and Plant technicians/labor. Primary Responsibilities Under direction of Plant Manager, adds chemical dosages - per recipe/SOP - to batch processes; monitors chemical processes. Operates government-permitted waste discharge facility.

Accurately documents batch processing record, ensures product traceability, adheres to quality procedures, Manage Chemical operators and technicians in their job tasks. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed. Secondary Responsibilities · All other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements College Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field preferred 2+ years of chemical batch processing & supervisory experience Excellent computer & problem-solving skills Must be a US citizen Preferred skills: Ion-exchange experience; waste treatment experience Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Physical Requirements Stand, Walk, climb work environment Chemical processing Plant
