Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Introduce and explain our subscription-based product. Handle basic customer objections professionally. Generate and qualify leads through follow-up calls. Maintain accurate call and lead records in the CRM. Achieve daily outbound calling targets (No revenue targets). Eligibility Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Cold Calling.

Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada (any one language). Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Basic knowledge of CRM tools. Experience in HVAC, subscription-based, or technology sales is an added advantage.
