Resident Manager I (Fountain West -1413)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I to work at Fountain West, 72-unit affordable family housing community in Fresno, CA. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required.

Yardi is a plus. Salary range: $23.80 - $38.25 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $23.80 - $31.03 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
