Key Performance Indicator Hygiene Production Key Responsibilities Creating a Positive Experience Welcome and seat patients with warmth and reassurance Provide outstanding patient comfort Update health histories and take vital signs Clinical Excellence Provide preventative hygiene care Perform STM treatments (perio charting, etc.)
