DOT Compliance Manager

The DOT Compliance Manager leads Green. Point Ag’s transportation compliance and safety program, ensuring adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and applicable state and federal requirements. This role establishes and maintains consistent processes for driver qualifications, Hours of Service, ELDs, vehicle inspections, maintenance records, drug and alcohol compliance, incident reporting, and DOT documentation.

Partnering across Transportation, Fleet, HR, Operations, and Maintenance, the Manager uses Samsara and other systems to monitor compliance, identify risks, and drive a proactive, auditable, and continuously improving safety and compliance program.
