Job Summary
The Senior Manager, AI Enablement will lead enterprise-wide efforts to help Collette associates, leaders, and corporate functions adopt approved AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and new Human + AI ways of working. This leader will accelerate AI enablement beyond awareness, driving guided adoption, measurable usage, and meaningful business impact.
The role supports the AI operating model of central guardrails, federated execution, and portfolio-driven scaling by making sure AI capabilities are understood, trusted, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day work rather than remaining isolated pilots or optional tools. Microsoft 365 is a core platform at Collette, and the position will leverage deep expertise across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft's security and governance capabilities.
It will also evaluate other AI products and technologies, including Claude, where they may deliver additional business value. The Senior Manager will run an AI champions program, partner with Learning & Development on training and adoption, and work with business teams to identify, evaluate, and implement practical AI solutions.
The role will also collaborate with Systems/Security team on agent governance. Success means employees can use approved tools confidently, useful solutions become part of normal workflows, and agents have clear ownership and oversight. Primary Functions: Lead Copilot adoption. Turn Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities into practical use cases for Collette teams.
Deliver demonstrations, office hours, promptathons, guidance, and support that help employees use approved tools consistently. Run the AI champions program. Build and manage an AI champions network that supports federated adoption while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and governance. Equip champions across departments, hold regular learning and feedback sessions, share effective examples, and help champions support colleagues.
Find and shape useful solutions. Facilitate business discovery, map current workflows, define outcomes, and determine when Microsoft Copilot, a Copilot Studio agent, Power Automate, Claude, or another AI solution, process improvement, or content improvement is appropriate. Prototype where useful and work with technical teams on approved delivery and handoff.
Partner with Learning & Development to build training. Provide Microsoft expertise and Collette use cases for introductory and role-based Copilot learning. Co-create workshops, self-service materials, leader briefings, and reinforcement after training. Coordinate agent governance. Help establish an agent registry and repeatable process for creation, testing, approval, publishing, ownership, access, monitoring, human review, and retirement.
Technology Security owns security controls and related approvals. Support governance practices across agent security, lifecycle management, ownership, observability, and cost and usage management to ensure responsible, sustainable, and scalable adoption. Measure adoption and value. Track participation, sustained use, employee feedback, barriers, and outcomes of selected use cases.
Share findings with leaders and improve the program accordingly. Lead SharePoint readiness and information architecture . Define and promote enterprise information architecture standards, governance practices, and content design principles that improve discoverability, usability, and AI readiness across the organization.
Partner with content owners and site owners on content organization, taxonomy, metadata, permissions, searchability, and lifecycle management, ensuring Copilot and AI agents can access accurate, well-structured, appropriately governed information and deliver relevant, trusted responses. Advance Data Readiness. Partner with Data & Analytics to support Microsoft Fabric as Collette's enterprise data and analytics foundation, improving data quality, governance, architecture, and source readiness so Copilot, agents, Power BI, and other AI-enabled solutions can access trusted, well-managed data at scale.
Knowledge & Skills: Deep experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, and Azure, with demonstrated expertise in AI readiness, use case development, adoption, enablement, and value realization. Experience evaluating and recommending non-Microsoft AI solutions, including Claude and other AI technologies, is also required.
Substantial experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint architecture, administration, permissions, and content governance. Demonstrated experience enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents through discovery, demonstrations, training, and adoption programs. Working knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, and responsible agent lifecycle practices.
Ability to turn business problems into clear requirements and coordinate solutions with Technology, Product, Data & Analytics, and Security teams. Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills with employees and executives. Experience running a champions program or another enterprise peer-learning model. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms is useful context for collaborating with Data & Analytics team.
Compensation
