Unified Incident Response Manager

As MISO’s Unified Incident Response Manager, you will oversee the Unified Incident Response (UIR) Team’s projects, initiatives, and ongoing activities related to incident response and business continuity. You’ll collaborate with the Director to develop, communicate, and execute the UIR team’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with MISO’s Information Security Strategy and corporate priorities.

You’ll also establish and maintain standardized processes and procedures for responding to emergencies or incidents, regardless of size or impact. Lead the long-term growth and enhancement of the unified incident response program, focusing on business continuity, training, preparedness, and assessing evolving threats.
