Sr. Organic Growth Manager

About Finix Finix is building the global operating system for fintech, starting with payments. From startups to publicly traded companies, Finix processes tens of billions of dollars annually both in-store and online. Finix was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in San Francisco. To date Finix has raised over $200M, including a $75M Series C led by Acrew Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and backed by American Express Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Homebrew, Inspired Capital, Visa, and others About the Role We're looking for a Senior Organic Growth Manager to build sustainable, compounding non-paid growth by researching, writing, and publishing the content that earns it.

You'll treat SEO, AEO (answer-engine optimization), and GEO (generative-engine optimization) as one channel, not three separate disciplines. You'll own the full funnel from visibility to sign-up to revenue, not just rankings. This is a builder's role: you'll turn observations into hypotheses, test them, and scale what works, writing and shipping the content yourself rather than briefing it out, and building lightweight systems and automations so organic growth keeps compounding without a linear increase in manual effort.

You'll own our organic growth programs end-to-end: strategy, content creation, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table.
