ABOUT POINTONE Point. One is reinventing how law firms operate. We build infrastructure for the legal industry, powering timekeeping and billing systems used by law firms and government agencies. Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed.

We're a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys. To keep up with inbound customer demand, we're quickly scaling the team following a $16M Series A.

WHO YOU ARE

• A degree from a top university - 0-2 years of professional experience, with no prior sourcing background required
• A competitive, high-energy approach and resilience in a high-volume role
• Sharp written communication and a talent for getting busy people to reply
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously A background as a BDR or SDR is a strong fit, though it is not necessary. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build targeted pipelines of engineering and go-to-market candidates through outbound sourcing.
• Write outreach that earns responses from busy, in-demand people.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on profiles and refine search strategy.
• Track pipeline health and conversion, then feed what you learn back into how we target.
• Give every candidate a fast, thoughtful first impression of Point. One. The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
