Overview
The position holder is responsible for Event activities of Piaget Korea, under management of Senior Marketing Manager. The major part of this job is to execute all clients events, pop up store, in-store event & promotions with relevant teams. In communication, the person will implement production of Event communication material, and external communication activities such as external events, internal event etc.
Be required not only to understand brand identity and luxury business but also to implement all activities with broad marketing perspective. Main Responsibilities : Event & Promotion plan & execution Propose an appropriate action plan based on Business plan and execute accordingly under the supervision of Senior marketing manager Suggest and implement seasonal in-boutique event/promotion Organize, Prepare, Control and Execute all local events, in BTQ activation, Fair, Opening ceremony, and outside of Boutique event Plan and Execute Product focused off-site event.
Explore and Build good relationship with 3rd party partners On-site management and necessary coordination for client experience execution Tight communication with the agency and shared function to make sure the final quality and monitor the preparation. Gather BTQ and related BTQ Feed-back & insight & needs. Share Marketing and event activity with BTQ Report event / promotion result to relevant teams including HQ Work closely with relevant teams to identifying client’s needs and proactively respond to elevate the client experiences Support PR& Communication, CRM for upcoming special projects including strategic event planning, execution, agency management Event related Communication contents Forecast and consolidation and submission to HQ Plan and allocate required quantity of publishing materials from HQ Handle artwork, Printing material local production (invitation, catalog etc.)
Develop local event gift Communication / Purchase / Distribution / Payment work for event gifts Report result of activities Budget management Event budget management and budget tracker updates Storage management Manage storage by regularly checking stock to enhance efficiency JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum + 5 years event or marketing & communication related experience in luxury industry Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Positive attitude & logical thinking Fluent in both Korean & English Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Entrepreneurial with a can-do spirit, innovative and team oriented
