Job Details: Job Location: Medical Office Building (MOB)

• Oklahoma City, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Days, CSR (Front Desk) is responsible for welcoming patients to Mc. Bride. Acts as a liaison for patients to and from the departments and locations.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents and policy/procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

One or more years of related medical office experience or customer service experience
