Forward Deployed Product Manager

You will manage a portfolio of growth accounts, lead product deployments, and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes from intelligent customer service automation. Working closely with engineering teams and customer stakeholders, you will translate operational challenges into practical solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

You will take a hands-on approach to investigating issues, building, testing, and deploying product improvements using AI-powered development tools. A key part of the role involves empowering customers to manage and optimize their own AI workflows while identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will also bring customer insights back to the product team to help shape future developments and solve recurring challenges at scale.
