Position Details We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options.

Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community. This position may include 8-hour shifts, every weekend (one weekend off every other month). Essential Functions

Provides resident-centered personal care and mobility assistance according to care plans and scope of training while protecting resident rights and confidentiality. Accurately documents care in the medical record and Care. Tracker and reports resident needs to the team leader before the end of each shift. Follows safety, infection control, universal precautions, PPE, body mechanics, equipment-use, and organizational policies while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach.

Maintains reliable attendance, supports staffing/on-call coverage, completes required training and education, and collaborates with all disciplines to uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age. Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
