Key Responsibilities

Onboard existing purchasing tasks and ongoing requests smoothly. Prepare and send out Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to vendors. Assist with bid tabulations and supplier evaluation. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP. Maintain and update the Purchase Requisition (PR) Monitor. Track vendor deliveries and follow up on timelines.

Ensure timely receipt of basic billing documents and invoices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Previous experience or working knowledge of SAP MM (Procurement Module) is preferred
