Tip Top Bakery Springwood is expanding, and we’re searching for a motivated Production Team Leader to guide our high-performing production team. If you’re passionate about people, quality and safety — and love the buzz of a fast-paced FMCG environment — this is your opportunity to make a real impact! Available Shift Pattern: Thursday (3am - 11:30am), Friday (7:30am - 6:30pm), Saturday (5am - 4pm) What You'll Be Doing Motivate and coach your team to hit production targets Ensure food safety and product quality standards are consistently met Champion a strong safety culture and safe work practices Provide clear guidance, feedback and hands-on support Work collaboratively across departments to drive results The ideal candidate will have: Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment Confident leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Computer literacy (SAP experience is a bonus!)
