Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Scientific Sales Representative Poultry Line to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry key responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets, market share, and revenue objectives for the poultry portfolio.

Build and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers, including number of sales outlets and distributors. Conduct the field visits to maintain strong engagement with customers and stakeholders. Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring 100% satisfaction rate. Ensure a successful launch of the new feed additives products within the specified timeline.

Conduct market research and surveys with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key account managers to ensure high product satisfaction rates. Optimize daily sales route planning by integrating Matrix and CRM tools, reducing travel time and increasing customer visits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Animal Health or Poultry Industry. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Matrix) for sales tracking and customer management. Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills. Resident in Beni Suef, Fayoum
