We are seeking an International Assignment Associate to join our Graebel team in a fast-paced environment in Prague. The International Assignment Associate assists with the administrative components of international relocations.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to International Assignment Consultants on the delivery of services; processes allowances, payments and expenses; sends and monitors service orders, closes files in system upon completion of services and assists with reporting. Verifies services provided to transferee and expenses submitted are in compliance with the Client's policy.

Escalates any exceptions to the attention of the Consultant. Maintain data quality by keeping files and system updated with accurate tracking and reporting. Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
