• Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 2 Month Assignment (With possibility of extension) A leading digital streaming network seeks a Theatrical Distribution Coordinator to provide administrative, reporting, and accounts payable support for domestic theatrical distribution content servicing and screenings. Theatrical Distribution Coordinator Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including data entry and record maintenance, document preparation and logging, general administrative tasks, and anti-piracy security bookings. Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports, compile and analyze operational data, maintain reporting dashboards, and distribute reporting to stakeholders. Assist with financial administration and accounts payable by reconciling vendor invoices against approved records, verifying invoice details and supporting documentation for accuracy, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, and maintaining invoice tracking records and payment status reports. Theatrical Distribution Coordinator Qualifications: 5 years of experience in motion picture theatrical operations, content servicing, and finance; OR 5 years of relevant experience with an understanding of theatrical distribution. Experience in motion picture screenings is preferred. Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (H)
