The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and work well with others. Job Description: Schedule surgeries and procedures. Present plans to patients. Enter patient payments. Correctly add patient insurance into electronic patient charts. Review patient accounts. Process patient registrations.

Review past due bills and following up on past due accounts. Provide patients high level stakeholder management experience. Able to work well with other staff and back-up front desk as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in computer software applications. Experience scheduling in dental, oral surgery or a healthcare-based setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle patient records, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently. Professional language and customer service mindset.

Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information. Excellent documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills Passionate about healthcare excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Medical and Dental billing and calling on benefits preferred. Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift Must be local and able to commute daily.
