Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2000 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong community ties. I’ve been with State Farm for over 32 years, starting my career in Auto Claims, which helped shape my passion for helping people during important moments in their lives. I’m a graduate of Ohio State University and stay very active in the community.

I serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and am involved with both the Rotary and local Chambers of Commerce. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
